About the Event:

Welcome to the East Falls 7th Annual Halloween Parade and Block Party, hosted by Rutabaga Toy Library! This event is a collaborative effort of the community, celebrating the spirit of Halloween and our wonderful neighborhood. This year, we’re expanding the footprint of the event and expecting even more families, vendors, and fun.
